The role of IT Support Technician is to provide quality customer care by ensuring service issues and work requests are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This includes working with client staff to identify, evaluate and resolve technical issues, demonstrate general understanding of technology and the ability to translate and communicate solutions to end users. The applicant must be able to work cooperatively and effectively within a team. This is a position which will provide onsite support to our client.
